Al-Taṣrī in the Poetry of "Badawy Al-Jabal" A Stylistic Study
Research Abstract
Abstract:
The research addresses Al-Taṣrī in the poetry of Badawi Al-Jabal (A Stylistic Study). Al-Taṣrī is one of the key elements of internal rhythm, whose significance derives from the very importance of internal rhythm itself. Alongside the external rhythm (meter and rhyme), there also exists an internal rhythm that contributes to enhancing the overall rhythm of the poem.
Moreover, the phenomenon of Al-Taṣrī appears in Badawi Al-Jabal’s poetry both at the beginning of the poem and within its body; in the latter case, it is referred to as "Al-Taṣrī Al-Mustaʾnaf". Additionally, Al-Taṣrī in Badawi Al-Jabal’s poetry is associated with several functions, whether it occurs at the beginning or in the middle of the poem—among these functions are artistic, rhythmic, and semantic ones.
Furthermore, the research adopted a stylistic approach in an effort to interpret the phenomenon of Al-Taṣrī in the poetry of Badawi Al-Jabal. The study addressed: the concept of Al-Taṣrī linguistically and terminologically, the types and functions of Al-Taṣrī, the concept of "Al-Taṣrī Al-Mustaʾnaf", its purposes, the determinants governing its occurrence, the artistic and contextual phenomena associated with "Al-Taṣrī Al-Mustaʾnaf", and its artistic connotations.
